How to gain weight?
Updated: 12 hours ago

To gain weight, we need to be in a 'calorie surplus'.
When we consume more calories than we burn, we get into a stage called 'calorie surplus,' where extra calories either build muscles or 'reserve stores' (for example, fat), based on our lifestyle, which results in weight gain.
We can do it in three ways:
Consume more calories: Eat more meals, add high-protein and carb foods, etc.
Burn fewer calories: Do less physical activities, like walking/running, strength training, etc.
Consume more calories and burn fewer calories: Combine both, i.e., consume a healthy diet and move less.
Additional Tips
Go slow: Aim for 200-300 calorie surplus per day.
Be consistent: Try to build a habit.
